Shipping Policy – AuraMist™

At AuraMist™, we are committed to delivering your hair brush with built-in spray bottle safely and efficiently. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping through trusted international carriers.

AuraMist™ partners with major global shipping providers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and other international logistics partners who work alongside local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door.


Order Processing & Payment Verification

You will be charged at checkout. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or that require additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Orders typically require 2–5 business days to process before shipment.

During high-demand periods (including holidays or promotional sales), processing times may extend up to 10 business days.


Shipping Process

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order has entered our shipping process, we are unable to make changes — including address changes.

  • We only ship to the address entered at checkout.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to varying warehouse locations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.


Tracking Information

All AuraMist™ orders include tracking.

You will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s facility.

Please allow several days for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination. These are estimated delivery timeframes (in business days) and do not include our 2–5 day processing time:

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, AuraMist™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Severe weather

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. AuraMist™ has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

AuraMist™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, you must contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.

We use official carrier tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations when reviewing any related inquiries.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot modify shipping details after an order has been placed.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, AuraMist™ is not responsible for the loss of that order.
