Refund Policy – AuraMist™

At AuraMist™, we stand behind the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before it is shipped. Because of the hygienic nature of our hair tools and personal care products, we maintain a strict refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility (Damaged Items Only)

We only offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives physically damaged.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The damage must have occurred during shipping.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged product

    • Clear photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

Failure to provide photo evidence within the required timeframe will result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to determine whether the product is considered damaged due to shipping.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Incorrect usage

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders placed incorrectly

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.


3. Reporting a Damaged Item

If your AuraMist™ product arrives damaged, contact us immediately at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted.


4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item (preferred solution)

  • A refund to your original payment method

We do not guarantee refunds — replacements may be issued instead.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Attempting a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future service

  • Submission of all documentation and delivery confirmation to your payment provider

We encourage all customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.
